Monthly Update - February 2025
Hey all! Welcome to my monthly update covering my Let's Plays and other projects, cross-posted to my personal blog and to my Patreon. Read on to see what I've been up to!
Let's Plays
First up is the progress on my Let's Plays which are posted to YouTube and Patreon.
Mega Man Legends 2
At long last, we are finishing off the Mega Man Legends series with the currently final game! As of this writing, we are approaching the half-way mark of the game and I am projecting it to be 30 episodes in total. It has been a delight to run through this game again. There will be a short break after episode 18 releases on YouTube, but other than that it should be smooth sailing through the whole game.
Final Fantasy XIV
Heavensward continues as we make solid progress into the main story. It's slowed down a bit as we are trying to catch up on the job quests, but in terms of recording I am just about 1/3rd through the base game of Heavensward. Once I record the last few episodes for this first third, I'm going to take a break until patch 7.2 releases on March 25th so the graphics update can catch up, then keep working from there.

Final Fantasy XIV - EX MINE Grind
The raid group continues through the A Realm Reborn EX MINE grind! So far we've logged clears on Ultima EX and Garuda EX and are now working through Titan EX. Including Titan, we have 6 more trials to go before finishing off with our synced clear of Binding Coils Turn 13. No change from last month, Titan EX is very difficult thanks to some hard hitting untelegraphed tank busters and the rather chaotic adds phase.
Our primary stream days are Mondays at 3pm US Pacific/6pm US Eastern.
Saturday Game Night
Every Saturday at 4:30pm US Pacific/7:30pm US Eastern I'm streaming a variety of games! Last month we played through Ghost Trick which blew me out of the water with how good it was. This past Saturday we started Return of the Obra Dinn, a game I last played over 5 years ago. We are roughly half way through the game, having seen all of the memories and confirming 24 of the fates. Ideally we should be able to finish it up this coming Saturday, then move on to our next game!
Other Projects
Next up are miscellaneous other projects I'm working on!
The Blog
February was a particularly miserable month for me, in terms of mental health. Sadly this means I was not able to write for the blog like I intended. I'll attempt to get to it, but I have a few higher priority tasks at the moment.
Game Development
Unfortunately, no real progress was made on the game this month. I'm trying to get back to it, but it's ending up a rather low priority project for me.
Coming Up
Heavensward continues as we make our way towards the 1/3rd mark of the expansion's main story!
Mega Man Legends 2 moves towards the back half of the game!
My raid group's weekly EX prog continues on Mondays at 3pm US Pacific/6pm US Eastern!
